The Challenges of Conflict Management for HR Business Partners

Many HR professionals agree, “unmanaged conflict is the largest reducible cost in organizations today, and yet the least recognized.” Conflict situations drain productivity and damage morale. Being a strategic business partner in your organization often means being the go-to person to assist in developing an understanding of and strategies to deal with such issues. How do different and diverse people construct various conflicts? How can you work to change the conflict narrative and culture for partners in the workplace? Come develop a greater ability to investigate and understand particular conflicts, and learn conflict-coaching essentials for successful dispute resolution.
